Born into a family involved in Art, Education, entrepreneurship with great appreciation for culture & Discipline, My creative search began at the age of 10, when I started doing drawings and paintings. I have been rewarded through out my school days, and took a degree in Fine Arts. What started as a hobby turned out to be a career and a lifetime interest and passion for Art, acting, Photography, filmmaking and Animation. It is now, More than 14 years in the field full of creative , Technical and leadership talents. My carrer graph stated as a Artist then Animator ,Team lead, Project Head, Creative Director, Studio head, Academic Head and Line producer. I have served in Multimedia, Animation and Visual effects
industry.
Passionated towards : multidisciplinary Creative Direction, Project consultation, Brand Development, Experiential training & Workshops, Management, representing forums like FICCI, TASI, ASIFA to the Animation Industry. My career goal is to become an entrepreneur.
Various Responsibilities held for the past 14years
Production & Creative responsibilities : include such elements as planning, scheduling, Project pipeline, assigning tasks, coordinating, budgeting, organizing, documenting, and reviewing all aspects of development to ensure that individual milestones and the final product meets the design specifications and is delivered on-time and on-budget.
Creative supervision for Visual Development, Animation, Lighting & Texturing. Conducted Storytelling & Filmmaking lecture.
Personnel responsibilities : include hiring, rewarding, disciplining, reviewing, managing tasks and schedules (with the help of the leads), motivating, and supporting.
Client responsibilities : include being the primary contact point during product development, submitting requested information, providing milestone builds and documentation, supporting, and so forth.
